"Matt was my renters insurance agent, but I was leery about my auto insurance because I have a teenage son getting his license soon and I had been with Progressive for almost 10 years. They had been the cheapest for so long that I assumed that was still the same. However, I decided to let Matt’s team quote me. I decided against changing because even though it was less than Progressive, it wasn’t a lot less. I requested that they check back in 6 months and we’d see what the rate was at that time. They said they would and they kept their word! When they quoted my insurance the 2nd time I was FLOORED!!! We’re paying a little less than half of what we were paying with Progressive with lower deductibles. I need to add, that a little less than half is with the renters! The rate was so low that I questioned it. They answered all of my questions and helped me understand the quoting process and all the applicable discounts I was receiving. The cherry on the top was that the majority of this was accomplished through text messages. I have a crazy work schedule so pinning me down on the phone or in person can be challenging. They completely understood and simply pivoted with the communication method. The fact that they have the ability to accommodate every type of customer, can save you some money, AND are easy to work with….. what else could you ask for!"
